Train Confessions

Yep thats me and i'm in need of a fix again,living in a small 2 bedroom house , with a small second bedroom room being used for the pug holding facility till we get a warehouse (lol) that also contains a model Railway half of which is set up and another half in pieces under it obscured by ironing boards bicycle parts boxes of cd's albums and t shirts and about 500 books , how we manage to close the door I will never know .

Train’s path of destruction

STUNNED witnesses looked on in disbelief as a runaway train jumped the tracks and hurtled across Wakaden Street yesterday morning – stopping just metres from a block of units.
 
The empty freight train, which was being shunted at Griffith railway yards, overshot its mark at about 9.45am, flattening fences and uprooting trees before coming to a stop in the driveway of a unit block. The train carved deep grooves into the roadway. Traffic remained blocked on Wakaden Street at 5.30pm yesterday but was expected to reopen last night.

Welcome to Afterburn616. Not too sure what you would call this site, it is just a site, with stuff on it. Tattoos, Music, Beer, Life stuff. Bascially it will be a collection of 'stuff'we like.

You won't find a huge amount of stuff here just yet. A few things which have appeared on aussieskins but were worth keeping and some new stuff here and there. The content will build up over time and things will evolve. Feel free to post any suggestions you have in the forums. And if you find any fuck ups or things that don't work then give us a yell. 

We being After and Burn, also known as Pat and Fiona. Pat you might know from Sydney, who also runs Pug Music (A fine establishment selling you the best music has to offer) and Fiona who you may know from the now defunct Deadset Music and aussieskins.com sites. 

Anyway this site has nothing to do with any of those sites. Well, it is a proud supporter of Pug Music and you will find that there will be lots of Pug Updates appearing here. So technically it should be said that Afterburn616 has nothing to do with aussieskins.com or Deadset Music. It is a new site. Not a tattoo site, not a music site, not a skinhead site, not a punk site, definitly NOT an emo site. Yeah I think you get the picture.

In other words it is a site that goes beyond subcultures, a lot of which seem to have turned into high fashion.

The Dark

My first tasting of the day, one of two and a ginge actually, both dark the second being a stout at 7.2% but more about that later, I have a brewery near me called the Happy Goblin which was initially a home brew before it grew to big, moving to a larger premises in an industrial estate, much to the delight of fellow estate workers I'm sure. Any way my local bottlo is a believer in local trade so he stocks it, amongst  an impressive beer collection
