Tattoo Goo Lotion

So I was the guinea pig for Tattoo goo Lotion. Now, its doesn't really say what it is actually designed for on the tube, all it says is for new and old tattoos. I think the definition of 'new' is probably a few weeks old.

Although having tried it on my 'new' tattoo, which was straight after it was done, I would highly recommend NOT using it on a new tattoo. It was rather gross to put it nicely. Dried out and made it all go bubbly and the white just go a really foul yellow/brown colour. All healed up and its all good, but it was not a very good healing process.

Ado

Ado has always had an interest in tattoos, he can't pinpoint exactly where the interest came from, but suggested it has something to do with the fact that it pissed his parents off, which let's face it, is probably why we are into half the things we are. Drawing was always something he enjoyed doing and decided that becoming a tattooist would incorporate the two things he enjoyed most in life and an added bonus if he could make a living out of it.

At the time of writing this, which is 7.45pm on the 17th June 2009, Ado has done about 8 tattoos. Mainly on mates, or mates of mates. Having said that, if you like what you see you can always get in touch with him and he can make some time to tattoo you. He is starting out with small old school pieces, kanji, tribal etc.

He did his first tattoo in London while serving in the British army at a shop owned by a good friend of his where he worked the counter and did draw ups. "How can you not love tattooing? Where else can you give a person their own image that will last them a lifetime? You can't get it from buying a Van Gogh or a Rembrant, One because most of us can't afford it and two, it can be taken from you in a heartbeat. However when your inked it is yours till the very end..."
